Inspired by university art history lectures, I utilize my experience as an art teacher to enhance imagery with vibrant color, texture, line, and movement. This journey has deepened my appreciation for artistic periods and styles, enabling me to convey the threads that connect us all. Through teaching, I've shared knowledge and ignited passion in my students, bridging history and contemporary expression. Each piece I create reflects these influences, inviting viewers to engage with art personally and communally. The Playful Goddess is a series of 8x10 paintings celebrating various goddess-like figurines from throughout the ancient world.
